We use grass-fed organic meat, in-house ground meat and spices, and organic vegetables that are handpicked by our team from local grocery stores and farmers’ markets. With growing concern for single-use plastic pollution these days, Zomsa is dedicated to using straws, to-go boxes, and bags made of paper.
